About the role:
As a Fast Track Sales Representative for TQL, you will be a key player at one of the nation's largest freight brokerage firms while making an impact on the recession-proof transportation industry. By relocating to Cincinnati, you will join our Fast Track Sales Program, which offers extensive paid training and mentorship to jump-start your career and set you up for success. If you possess problem-solving skills and are driven by financial freedom, this role is perfect for you.

What you'll be doing:
Build and nurture relationships by making outbound calls to establish your book of business
Sell and close deals with new and existing customers to meet their freight transportation needs
Utilize negotiation skills to determine pricing with shippers and carriers
Manage daily shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while addressing any issues that arise, 24/7/365
Open and proactive communication, both internally and externally, maintaining transparency and trust
What you need:
College degree preferred , but we have successful Sales Representatives without one
A strong work ethic and the determination to outperform your peers
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectively
The ability to work in an office equipped with the latest technologies
Prior sales experience is preferred, but we value individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring fresh perspectives
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
