Sales & Marketing Specialist (Senior Level)

Raleigh, NC ( On-site Full-time )

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with both the business and engineering teams to create compelling marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, technical blogs, and service documentation.
• Contribute to the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of marketing campaigns targeting large construction firms, architectural practices, and property developers.
• Plan and manage engineering-focused events—such as webinars, workshops, trade shows, and conferences—overseeing logistics from venue selection to booth setup, and coordinating speaking engagements and presentations.
• Conduct comprehensive market research in collaboration with management to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences within the engineering and construction sectors. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and suggest optimizations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador within the engineering community by actively engaging in forums, social media, and industry events, building relationships with key influencers to boost brand visibility and credibility.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, provide pricing for engineering inspections, schedule appointments, and proactively reach out to builders and architects to uncover new business opportunities.
• Support the Business and engineering with marketing initiatives such as lead tracking, social media management, and development of promotional materials.
• Assist in preparing accurate and timely proposals in collaboration with engineers and the Business Development Manager.
• Coordinate office supply inventory and procurement to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support office functionality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (minimum)
• Bachelor’s degree in administration or marketing (preferred)
