Brian Bemis Toyota is a leading automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive, growth-oriented workplace. We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Manager to join our team and oversee all human resources and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Management
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Payroll Administration
  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and dealership policies.
  • Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and PTO tracking.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Stay current on labor laws, OSHA requirements, and dealership-specific regulations.
  • Generate HR and payroll reports for management and accounting teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of HR and payroll experience, preferably in automotive or retail environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and payroll systems (Paylocity, Paycom or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
