Position Overview:
As General Counsel, you will oversee the family office's legal needs, offering counsel on everything from estate and wealth transfer strategies to investment-related matters. You will be integral to overseeing the family's trust and estate planning, ensuring the most tax-efficient structures are in place, and leading legal due diligence for investments, especially within healthcare. Your role will involve working closely with external advisors, including tax experts and legal counsel, while advising the family on best practices for governance and compliance, all while mitigating legal risks across the portfolio.
