Job Description

Vice President of Manufacturing needed for a metal company in Northeast Ohio.

CDP Solutions has been retained to identify a talented Vice President of Manufacturing for one of our clients in the metal industry based out of the Northeast Ohio market. Our client continues to grow organically year over year and have a new opening due to an internal promotion. The Vice President of Manufacturing will have responsibility for multiple Plant Managers throughout the Midwest market.

This position is being viewed as an opportunity for someone to grow into a C-suite executive with the organization.

Candidate Qualifications

• Plant Management experience
• Budget Responsibility
• Knowledge of Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Planning
• Prior experience developing mid-level managers
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Prior experience with Lean Six Sigma
• Ability to interact with plant floor employees and boardroom executives
• Passion and sense of urgency
• Prior experience fostering a culture of safety
• Experience managing within a metrics driven organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Able to work within the United States

Compensation

Our client offers a base salary and targeted bonus. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), profit sharing, medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.

Salary: 250K or higher

Location

Must be able to live in the Northeast Ohio market

Will support relocation
