Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Paramus, NJ (Positions also available in Ramsey, Fair Lawn, Secaucus, and Eatontown)

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (weekday afternoons/evenings required)

Compensation: $62 -$84 per hour DOE

Position Summary

Our client is seeking energetic, motivated, and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to join a dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, individualized therapy and parent training while maintaining creativity and flexibility within sessions.

Key Responsibilities for Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

• Diagnose and treat clients with a range of communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including short- and long-term goals.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation (daily treatment notes, progress reports, plans of care, etc.).
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, physicians, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and compliance with established guidelines.
• Conduct re-assessments and update treatment plans as required by the facility and/or insurance providers.
• Provide caregiver education and home exercise programs to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications for Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Role

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current New Jersey SLP license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Pediatric experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability during weekday afternoons and evenings.
