We’re hiring motivated sales professionals to present our premium water treatment solutions to homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments —no cold calls, no door-knocking.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Travel to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners in your local metro area
• Conduct in-home product demos and provide custom quotes for our water filtration solutions
• Use a value-based sales approach with honesty and integrity
• Attend ongoing training and regular sales meetings
• Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. of product samples (required)
• Comfortable using an iPad and basic digital applications (required)
• No prior outside sales experience needed – we’ll teach you
• A willingness to follow a proven sales process
• Strong closer mindset with a passion for helping customers
Compensation:
• Uncapped, commission-only pay structure
• Top performers earn between $80,000–$220,000+ annually
• Performance-based bonuses available
• ICBA contractor insurance available
Schedule:
• Flexible weekly scheduling
• Evening and weekend availability required
