We are currently seeking:
Assembly Supervisors (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts) - Manage production teams, ensure output
Assemblers (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts) – Mechanical/electrical assembly of switchgear components
Electrical Test Operator – Perform electrical testing on systems with mechanical components
Field Service Technician – Travel 40–80%; electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Machine Shop Manager – Team supervision + workflow optimization
Machinist (CNC Lathe/Mill) – Set up and operate CNC equipment
Sheet Metal Manager – Oversee sheet metal fabrication and production workflows
Sheet Metal Workers (1st & 2nd shifts) – Cut, bend, and shape metal components
Shipping Specialist/Coordinator – Assist with outbound shipping, packaging, labeling & documentation
Software Developer – Requires VB/VBA + AutoCAD integration experience
Welders –Requires MIG/TIG welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading
Welding Manager – Leadership + fabrication experience
Wire Assembler – Harness building, wire routing, and hand tool use
