A high-volume and well-regarded matrimonial practice is seeking an experienced associate with strong litigation skills to join its Brooklyn office. This is a busy role with strong partner mentorship and long-term growth.
What You Will Do
• Manage matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Prepare for hearings and conferences
• Appear in courts across the tri-state area
• Maintain organized oversight of multiple active cases
• Communicate directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
What You Bring
• Seven to ten years of matrimonial and family law experience
• Strong litigation and writing ability
• Confidence appearing in court
• NY Bar admission
• Excellent organization and time management
• Team-oriented mindset
Compensation
140k to 220k, depending on experience
