POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Master Plumber to join our rapidly growing company. This individual will perform residential plumbing services, including water filter installations, repairs, and maintenance of water filtration systems, heating systems, and general plumbing components such as pipes, toilets, and hot water tanks. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality workmanship, provides excellent customer service, and is eager to help build and grow the company’s plumbing division. This is a hands-on, field-based role with autonomy and the opportunity for advancement.

OBJECTIVES

  • Deliver exceptional plumbing services across residential properties within the service area.
  • Install, repair, and maintain water filtration systems and ensure compliance with permit requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving heating systems, water pumps, toilets, and hot water tanks.
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Represent the company professionally while building strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs (target: 1–2 service calls per day depending on complexity).
  • Support the development and growth of the plumbing division through process improvements and mentorship.
  • Manage company equipment and vehicles responsibly, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for daily use.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership to identify opportunities for business expansion and efficiency.

COMPETENCIES

  • Expert-level plumbing knowledge, including water systems, heating systems, and filtration installation.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.

  • Time management and self-motivation to handle variable daily routes.
  • Adaptability to changing schedules or project priorities.
  • Basic computer or mobile device proficiency for work orders and documentation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Valid Master Plumber License (state requirement).
  • Minimum 6+ years of residential plumbing experience; more for top-tier pay.
  • Proven ability to install and permit water filtration systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong references demonstrating reliability, quality, and integrity.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $40-$55 per hour, depending on experience
  • Paid Major Holidays
  • Earned Paid Vacation up to 2 weeks
  • Sundays Off
  • Thanksgiving and Christmas Off

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
