We are a growing Florida insurance agency committed to high standards, ethical practices, and exceptional customer experience. We're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable 220 agent with strong experience in home and auto insurance to join us and grow with our agency.

$45,000 - $75,000 yearly

• Service and write home and auto insurance policies with accuracy and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding coverages, changes, and updates
• Provide proactive follow-up, cross-selling when appropriate
• Manage daily tasks with consistency, speed, and high attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team that values efficiency and structure

• Active Florida 220 license
• Strong experience in home and auto insurance (required)
• Professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Allstate, State Farm, GEICO, or other major carriers is a plus

Compensation:

Earn $55,000 - $75,000+ annually with a $45,000 guaranteed base, commissions, and bonuses for strong performance.

Schedule:

• In-office Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
• Additional flexibility may be available over time based on performance and proven reliability
