Join Kennerknecht Design Group as a Full-Time Lead Interior Designer in our Hamilton, MA studio. If you're passionate about luxury residential design and thrive managing projects from inception through installation, we want to hear from you!

Your Impact:

• Own the Project Lifecycle: Manage multiple high-end residential projects end-to-end, leading design development, documentation, and client presentations.
• Lead Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and fabricators, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Design & Deliver: Scope, plan, and manage project schedules and budgets, including the design and procurement of custom furnishings.
• Ensure Excellence: Review and submit accurate project documentation that meets design intent and technical standards.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and 5–8+ years of professional experience.
• Proven track record of end-to-end project management in luxury residential design.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with Studio Designer is a bonus.
• NCIDQ credentials are a plus.
