Job Title: Inventory/Stock Room Clerk

Location: Toledo, OH 43607

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Pay Rate: Up to $22.00/hour

Job Description:

As an Inventory/Stock Room Clerk, you will support daily warehouse and production operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring the timely ordering and replenishment of materials. This position plays a key role in maintaining stock integrity and supporting production efficiency in compliance with SOX and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts of inventory in warehouse, production areas, and yard
• Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records (SAP/WMS/ADC)
• Order raw materials and full goods based on production needs and inventory levels
• Maintain inventory logs and documentation in alignment with company standards
• Communicate regularly with vendors to verify shipments and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and distribute daily reports (e.g., syrup yields, chemical inventories, line efficiency)
• Support period-end reporting, audits, and inventory-related projects (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, LSS)
• File count sheets, reconciliations, and variance reports accurately
• Communicate weekly cycle count results to internal departments via email
• Follow all safety procedures including use of PPE (steel toe boots required)

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain roles
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic to intermediate experience with SAP or inventory systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong math, verbal, and visual counting skills
• Ability to lift 15–50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
