About the Role:

Excalibur Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top-tier physicians, primarily radiologists. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating and onboarding, while building lasting candidate relationships and supporting the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate is a resilient, sales-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-change environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and engage radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: outreach, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Experiment with innovative sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Ensure a top-notch candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record recruiting physicians, preferably radiologists.
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort experimenting with new outreach strategies.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building relationships and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Pay range and compensation package:

  • Salary Range: $70,000–$95,000 annually
  • Healthcare stipend
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
