Adecco Creative is partnering with an New York City luxury fashion house to recruit for a Sr. Manager, Global Visual Experience, Communications & Training role. This position will be a CONTRACT and a hybrid schedule in Midtown Manhattan.
Global Visual Experience, Communications & Training Requirements:
Oversee creation of Global Visual Guidelines each season and month, including kickoffs + working sessions with key partners for:
• Mainline (Monthly)
• Outlet (Monthly)
• Jewelry (Monthly)
• Wholesale + Travel Retail (Seasonal)
Oversee creation of additional Global Visual tools each week in partnership with channel leads and GVE comms temp, including but not limited to:
• Weekly Visual Checklists
• Visual Updates (As Needed)
• Training Tools (As Needed)
• Communications Calendar
• Project Status
Ensure all visual tools are released in a timely manner and communicated to the correct partners, including all the aforementioned documents in addition to creative & market assets:
• Seasonal Window & Interior Creative Releases
• Seasonal Line Opening Visual Material Releases
Visual merchandising setup support for showroom activations, in-office events, and NYC and surrounding stores as needed
Candidates must have:
5-7 years of experience working in a visual role
Advanced proficiency in InDesign & Photoshop and intermediate in Excel
Must be able to lift 20 pounds, comfortable on ladders, etc.
