Duration: 3-month contract with possibility of hire

Pay: $22-$25/HR

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk & HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines traditional receptionist duties with light HR administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, approachable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate multi-line telephone system to relay incoming and interoffice calls.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, or relays messages. Good Oral Communication skills.
  • Greets and registers visitors informs employees of the visitor's arrival, and directs visitors to appropriate meeting room.
  • Collects and distributes mail
  • Schedules meetings, and arranges for conference rooms or makes other logistical arrangements as required.
  • May perform occasional clerical duties, such as data entry, or photocopying.
  • Maintain a clean and neat reception area.
  • Operates office machines such as printers, faxes, and machines.
