Position Overview: The Executive Assistant at Risant Health plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities for executive leadership. This individual serves as a trusted partner to our leaders by managing complex scheduling, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and handling sensitive communications. In addition to executive support, the role contributes to company-wide initiatives, board coordination, and operational logistics in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executive leaders, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling confidential communications. Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and follow-through.
  • Operations & Logistics: Manage office logistics including facilities coordination, supply management, and basic tech support. Oversee travel arrangements, process expense reports, and support onboarding and offboarding activities. Coordinate large meetings and internal events, ensuring all logistics, materials, and follow-ups are handled with precision.
  • Project & Program Support: Support cross-functional projects by tracking timelines, updating project tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, shared drives), and preparing polished reports and presentation materials. Facilitate collaboration across teams by ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up to date.
  • Board & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage scheduling, logistics, and documentation for board-related meetings and communications. Maintain strict confidentiality and support smooth coordination between board members and executive leadership.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert on administrative procedures and tools. Provide backup support to other administrative professionals. Assist with special projects, internal events, and organizational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Operations, or a related field (flexible).

OR

  • Four (4) additional years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years providing executive-level support and managing professional office operations, with regular interaction with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Start-Up Environment: Experience in a fast-paced start-up, ideally within healthcare. Proven ability to build and streamline administrative processes and infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Executive & Corporate Support: Demonstrated success supporting senior leaders in a corporate or executive environment. Must show high levels of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and calendar management tools. Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms like Microsoft Teams and well-versed in video conferencing etiquette.
  • Project & Program Management: Ability to manage and coordinate complex projects and initiatives. Skilled in resource planning, adapting to change, and fostering collaboration to drive results.

Additional Information:

Compensation and Benefits: The projected base salary for this position ranges from $81,667 - $107,800 depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
