Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Vault Ranked law firm that is seeking executive compensation and employee benefits talent. Details below:

You will focus on executive compensation and employee benefit matters for public and private companies, primarily in the context of mergers and acquisitions, other corporate transactions and corporate governance
You will work directly with senior partners and the chairs of the group
The firm is down to earth, and the group is collegial- female leadership is a pillar at this firm
There is the opportunity to be involved in business pitches and other client-facing matters
No billable requirement – soft target at 1850
Cravath scale
This group is in the office 3 days/week and is flex on which days you come in
Prior law firm experience as an attorney required
