Position: Epic Ancillary Principal Trainer

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Onsite/Remote: Onsite - Local

Primary Purpose:

• This person will be responsible for creation of training material, Instructional Design, training environment development for the Assigned Epic applications for hospital system as well as its Community connect partners
• 3 Hospitals, 13 ambulatory facilities, additional private practices
• This role will have additional duties and will also be involved in general maintenance and support of the assigned Epic applications as an analyst once the PT duties become steady state
• This is a Dual role and with continue to have both training and analyst responsibilities

Requirements/Certifications:

• Epic OpTime & Anesthesia OR Radiant & Cupid Certification Required (Open to newer PT certifications or old Epic PT Certifications)
• Experience with curriculum development required
• Training Environment Build Experience
• Additional Analyst experience is a bonus
• Must be able to own the entire Training Program: Building of the training plan, training material creation, training environment build, curriculum development, will also be responsible for classroom training at core sites.
• Community Connect sites will have own Credential trainers

Preferred Experience

• Curriculum Development Cert
• TED Certification

On-Call:

• Will be included in the on-call schedule
