Dispatch Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
Are you an experienced customer service professional with a background in dispatching for HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing services? We're looking for a sharp, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our fast-paced team!

What You'll Do:
Answer and manage incoming service calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently while adjusting for last-minute changes
Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously to maintain satisfaction
Assist with accounts receivable and call intake when needed
Support the service department with daily administrative tasks
What You Bring to the Table:
3-5 years of phone-based customer service experience in the HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing industry (required)
Strong geographic knowledge of service areas or confident map-reading/navigation skills
A calm, courteous phone presence and excellent communication skills
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Great data entry and multitasking abilities
A team player mindset and the ability to stay composed under pressure
Schedule:
Full-time (~40 hours/week), 8-hour shifts
May include occasional evenings or Saturdays
Periodic overtime available

With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
