Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator based on-site in Indian Land, SC. The Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day tasks such as coordinating construction projects, overseeing project management, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between team members and clients. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Project Management skills
• Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Strong Budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members
• Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Superior accuracy and proficiency in detailed processes
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet monthly deadlines
• Proficient in Project Management software including MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word
• Fundamental experience using databases
