This role is the heartbeat of the Luxin Showroom: the trusted face who welcomes clients, the architect of their experience, and the person who turns custom suiting into a personalized ritual the client looks forward to. You will work closely with the founders in delivering a five-star custom clothing experience for Luxin's high-performing clientele in South Florida.

Role Description

Luxin is seeking a full-time Client Concierge & Showroom Manager for our on-site location in Miami, FL. The role involves overseeing day-to-day showroom operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and cultivating a personalized luxury shopping experience for clients. Responsibilities include managing appointments, coordinating concierge services, handling reservations, assisting with client inquiries, and ensuring the showroom maintains a welcoming and professional environment. Luxin exists to help ambitious clients show up as the sharpest, most confident version of themselves.

This role is an extension of Luxin's ideals and is a highly hands-on, client-facing position that blends luxury hospitality, light styling support, and executive assistant-style coordination. You will:

  • Prepare and stage the showroom (lighting, music, scent, displays, refreshments)
  • Greet and host clients, ensuring a warm, polished, and seamless luxury experience
  • Assist with clients' custom fitting appointments—supporting measurements, fittings, and showcasing Luxin's luxury fabrics, linings, button, & customizations (training provided)
  • Manage the appointment calendar, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with tailors and production partners on orders and timelines
  • Prepare finished garments for pickup or hand-delivery, including steaming, packaging, and presentation
  • Assemble personalized boxes and gifting for clients (handwritten notes, occasion-based personalized touchpoints)
  • Support the founder with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks as needed (scheduling, light correspondence, errands tied to the business)

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to maintain a polished and professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills
  • Prior experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment is a plus
  • Flexibility to work on-site with clients and manage varying schedules
