Role Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the brands we represent. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your energy, communication skills, and enthusiasm will directly drive awareness and sales. You’ll engage with customers in person, present products and services confidently, and create positive brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands in a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable manner
• Engage with customers face-to-face at events, retail locations, and promotional sites
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
• Drive customer acquisition and sales through direct interaction
• Build rapport with customers to encourage loyalty and positive brand perception
• Assist with setting up and maintaining promotional displays or event spaces
• Track customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales and engagement targets

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in face-to-face interaction
• Positive attitude and self-motivated with a team-player mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or events as needed
