**Position Summary:**
The Apparel Factory Manager will oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage production staff and line supervisors.
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor employees, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with design, logistics, and sales teams to meet production deadlines.
- Monitor inventory, raw materials, and supplies to prevent delays.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
**Qualifications:**
- 10+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing management.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of garment construction, sewing processes, and production timelines.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize production performance.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and safety protocols.
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
